The primary objective is to make available to the
taxpayer, an organized professional accounting and tax strategy, supported by a dedicated team of professionals for an effective delivery of the services. With the knowledge of our professionally educated and experienced tax accountants, PNY has developed working methods and internal procedures which uphold the needs of our clients.
The Team
Pelenope is a Certified Tax accountant who is registered with the PAAB and hosts a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Taxation. She has over 5 years experience in Tax advisory from one of the Big Four audit firms where shes handled clients in the financial services, manufacturing,mining, logistics, real estate and consumer markets industry. She is a member of the Institute of Tax Accountants (ICTA) Zimbabwe and holds an Honors Degree in BusinessStudies. Her strong interpersonal skills allows her to fit and adapt in different environments. As a leader of teams, she plays the role of a coach and proactively develops her team. Penelope also has over 12 years experience as a career banker and has a deep understanding of banking processes in all areas of banking including Credit, Corporate, International banking, Retail and Treasury. She is an Alumni of the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE).
Nancy is a highly motivated, results oriented individual, with a strong passion in producing the highest quality and standard of work. As a holder of a Bachelor of Accounting degree and with full ACCA, Nancy delivers work with the highest professionalism, ethics and has the ability to develop and nurture innovative skills. She has over 10 years working experience, having worked both in the public and private sectors, including one of the Big Four audit firms. Her tax experience started of at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority before moving to the private sector where shes handled clients in the financial servicesindustry, manufacturing industry, petroleum industry, agriculture industry, consumer markets industry as well as the mining sector. This experience has molded her into a motivated, organized and dependable individual with a sense of teamwork. Nancy is a l Certified Tax Accountant who holds a Post Grad Diploma in Applied Taxation and is registered with the PAAB. She is also a Tony Elumelu Foundation Alumni.
